Wayne Robert Kaitschuck

Wayne Robert Kaitschuck, age 85 Army veteran, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023 in Chicago. He was the son of the late Bernard and late Helen (nee Kister) and is the fond brother of David (Iris).

Wayne was a life long resident of Bridgeport and still travelled everywhere via The CTA. While at Kelly High School, Wayne was on the basketball team and played baseball in the Army. He later golfed and bowled in the Peterson Classic. He is a past member of V.F.W. Bridgeport  Post 5079 and the American Legion Post. Wayne LOVED Las Vegas!

Visitation for Wayne will be Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 3 to 8 pm and Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 9 to 10 am at Walter Pomierski & Son Funeral Home, 1059 West 32nd Street. A 10 am service will be held at the funeral home before processing to Fairmount Willow Hills Memorial Park, 8199 Archer Avenue, Willow Springs, IL. (773)927-6424
